Establishing women empowerment projects provides opportunities for women to contribute to family income and gives them the tools they need to start their own businesses or seek employment in more developed areas. To this end, we have partnered with various known national and regional entities to provide an official diploma upon completing the course. Additionally, we equip women with self-awareness, critical thinking, and communicative skills. Through collaborative efforts, the program also includes health, well-being, safety, and financial literacy education. After completing the program, women receive their diplomas and a microloan, including the equipment and initial supplies. They can then set up a small unit in their village or work for the w industry right from their community.
